As we embrace this season of love and the enchanting euphoria that comes along with it, we invite you to join us for a special edition of Cool Stuffs

We will be taking you on a romantic sonic voyage across the galaxies and reaching the highest peak of emotions (love) as we reminisce on the memories, melodies, and soundscapes of love, passion, and romance. 

Curating this list was no easy feat considering the plethora of songs, however, we did manage to carefully select 14 tracks we think you’ll agree, are timeless!

R2Bees Ft Wande Coal – Kiss Your Hand

The Ghanaian music duo collaborated with one of Nigeria’s top vocalists, Wande Coal, on the hit song “Kiss Your Hand,” which became an enduring favorite across generations.

Odunsi Ft Runtown – StarSigns

Off his debut album “Rare,” the track “Starsigns” stands out. It’s a blend of Alte-RnB and highlife.

With its retro love groove and sparkling glam, it’s truly enchanting. Each Zodiac sign represented by a different color of the traditional Nigerian wedding attire adds layers of meaning.

The infectious hooks and chorus makes it one of the album’s most memorable tracks. Featuring Runtown, his contribution is exceptional. In “Starsigns,” he shares his passion for youthfullness.


Ric Hassani- Gentleman

Ric Hassani’s “Gentleman,” released 7 years ago, remains a fresh Afro-pop gem.

Before Chidinma became Mummy Go, she was once “Miss Kedike*, and this was hugely attributed to the success of her die-hard romantic pop smash hit ‘KEDIKE.

The viral hit bop held sway on the radio waves for quite a time and it was a moment to remember. The 3rd edition Project Fame winner releases the delightful number. Years would go by and people still reference Chidinma’s Kedike lyrics in their love notes to their lovers.
